These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by ZA Global Trade LLC.

Services

ZA Global Trade LLC provides digital creative services including graphic design, logo and brand identity design and website design.

Individual projects may be governed by an additional quotation, invoice, proposal or service agreement.

If a project-specific agreement contains terms that differ from these general terms, the project-specific agreement will govern that particular project to the extent of the difference.

Quotes and Project Scope

Project pricing is based on the scope agreed before work begins.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and a revised delivery timeline.

Payments

Payment terms are communicated before the project begins.

Standard services may require advance payment. Larger projects may be divided into milestones. The client is responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate project instructions, content, images, credentials, approvals and other materials required to complete the work.

The client confirms that they have permission to use materials they provide to ZA Global Trade LLC.

Revisions

Included revisions are limited to those stated in the package, quotation or project agreement.

A revision is a reasonable modification of the existing agreed design direction and does not automatically include a completely new project or materially expanded scope.

Delivery

Services are delivered according to the applicable project timeline.

Delivery periods may be extended by client delays, substantial changes in requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, ownership rights in final custom design work created specifically for the client transfer to the client after all amounts due for that work have been paid.

ZA Global Trade LLC may retain rights in unused concepts, internal working files, tools, templates and pre-existing materials.

Third-party fonts, stock assets, software, plugins or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective third-party licenses.

Portfolio Use

Unless prohibited by a written confidentiality agreement, ZA Global Trade LLC may display completed public-facing creative work in its portfolio solely as an example of work performed.

Third-Party Services

Website projects may involve third-party products such as hosting services, domain registrars, software, fonts, plugins or stock assets.

ZA Global Trade LLC is not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions or failures caused solely by independent third-party providers.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refund and cancellation requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on this website.

Prohibited Use

Clients may not knowingly request work intended to violate applicable law, infringe third-party intellectual property or facilitate fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZA Global Trade LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

Any direct liability relating to a particular paid project will generally be limited to the amount paid for that project, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to ZA Global Trade LLC in the State of Texas, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to a particular customer.
